We focus on supportive services for HIV, hepatitis C, and STD concerns, with an emphasis on reaching underserved communities across Tennessee. We also help support the next generation of healthcare professionals by promoting community-based, patient-centered care.

Why We Started
LifeLine Health provides programs and services that support both immediate needs and the bigger picture of long-term wellness. From the beginning, our approach has centered on addressing what brings someone in today while also considering underlying or co-occurring factors that may affect health and stability.
